This policy explains how the DrumsFit app for iPhone and Android (the "App") handles your data. David Lino (the "Developer", "we") provides the App.
Your workouts, sessions, tempos, ratings, and settings are stored on your device. We have no servers for your data and no user accounts. The App counts your free workouts from this same data on your device.
If you turn on Listening, the App uses the microphone during a workout to detect when you hit the drum. It keeps only the time of each hit, on your device. It never records or keeps audio, and no sound leaves your device. You can turn Listening off in Settings, and you can remove microphone access in your device settings at any time.
If you turn on the practice reminder, your device schedules a local notification. It does not come from a server.
The App downloads new exercises from our server once per launch. The request contains no data about you or your practice. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the network address of the request to deliver it. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
Apple and Google process all payments. We never receive your name or payment details. The App shows no ads and does not track you across other apps.
"Export my data" in Settings saves your history to a file and opens your device's share sheet. The file goes only where you send it.
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. Deleting the App removes its data from your device. RevenueCat and TelemetryDeck keep data according to their own policies. If you send us your User ID, we can ask RevenueCat to delete your purchase data.
You can have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to its processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us to use these rights.
We will show a new effective date at the top of this page when we update this policy. Questions: drumsfit.app@gmail.com
